If it’s September, it’s playtime! From September 10 to 13, AFI Cotroceni fills up with color, creativity and plenty of fun for the little ones. Get ready for the Teddy Bear Factory, creative workshops, scented slime, customizable Squishies, cool caps, colorful braids and a few surprise Meet & Greets with beloved characters.
Teddy Bear Factory
September 10–13 | 10:00–22:00
Every child gets to choose their favorite teddy bear and bring it to life, step by step: filling it with fluff, taking part in the special Heart Game, where their new friend symbolically receives a little heart, then choosing its personality, scent and even adding a personalized message.
To make it official, every teddy gets its own birth certificate, complete with a name and the date it was created. In short: come ready to play and leave with a brand-new friend made by you.
Meet & Greet with Ursica

Ursica, the fluffy star of the Teddy Bear Factory, is coming with plenty of hugs, dancing and photo-ready fun. A sweet Meet & Greet for the little ones and one more reason to join the play.
Face Painting & Reusable Colorful Braids
September 10–13 | 10:00–22:00
Butterflies, rainbows, animals, superheroes, glitter, gems or temporary tattoos — every child can choose their favorite transformation. And for an extra splash of color, there will also be reusable colorful braids to keep wearing long after the event is over.
Colored Sand Art
September 10–13 | 10:00–22:00
Choose a design, pick your colors and let imagination do the rest. Little artists can create their own pictures using colored sand, mixing their favorite shades and patterns. And when they’re done, their artwork gets to come home with them.
Slime Lab
Thursday, September 10 | 16:00–20:00
Mix, stir, test the texture and… make some slime! Kids can create their very own version, choosing the colors, decorations and even their favorite fruit or dessert-inspired scent.
The activity takes place in 30-minute sessions at 16:00, 16:30, 17:00, 17:30, 18:00, 18:30, 19:00 and 19:30.
Create Your Own Squishy

Colorful, funny, sparkly or completely unexpected — every Squishy can look exactly the way its creator wants it to. Kids choose their favorite colors, accessories and decorative elements and personalize their creation from start to finish. And, of course, they get to take it home.
Colorful Braiding Workshop
Saturday & Sunday, September 12–13 | 10:00–22:00
Two braids, colorful extensions and a brand-new look made for photos. Kids can choose their favorite shades, while the extensions are braided into their hair right on the spot.
Custom Cap Workshop
Saturday & Sunday, September 12–13 | 16:00–20:00
What would the perfect cap look like if you could design it yourself? Patches, fabric colors, stickers, gems and lots of imagination. Each child gets a cap to turn into a one-of-a-kind accessory — and their creation is theirs to keep.
The workshop takes place in 30-minute sessions at 16:00, 16:30, 17:00, 17:30, 18:00, 18:30, 19:00 and 19:30.
Meet & Greet with Princess Karla
Saturday, September 12 | 14:00
Princess Karla is coming to AFI Cotroceni for a special meeting with the little ones. They’ll get the chance to meet her, chat with her and, of course, take plenty of photos to share with their friends.
